Review Verification Process

To ensure high credibility and combat fake positive/negative reviews, we offer a "Verified Review" status. Here is how it works:

Submit Transaction Evidence

Upload a copy of your lease agreement, agent correspondence, or completion statements. You can redact all personal details.

Anonymized Reviewing

Our automation checks the company/landlord name, location, and valid date matching, and instantly deletes the uploaded file to ensure 100% data security.

Verified Trust Badge

Your review receives a "Verified Transaction" tag, signaling to other users that this review is completely authentic and verified.

Dispute / Appeal Review

We maintain strict criteria for removing reviews to protect both reviewers and entities. Disputes are evaluated by our moderation team.

Acceptable Grounds for Appeal

  • Factual Error: Reviewer was never a tenant/buyer or contract dates are completely false (Requires transaction logs or tenancy agreement upload).
  • GDPR/Privacy Breach: Review publishes full names of private employees, phone numbers, or private details.
  • Abusive Content: Defamatory language, slurs, profanity, or harassment.
  • Conflict of Interest: Posted by a direct competitor or landlord/agent itself.

Claiming your profile allows you to manage details, view analytics, and post official responses. To protect reviewers, claims are verified by our staff.

Verification & Business Features

  • Official Reply Badge: Post replies to reviews as a verified business representative.
  • Profile Verification Fee: Verification incurs a one-time setup fee of £29.99 (covers manual business checking & corporate email binding).
  • No Censorship: Claiming does NOT allow you to delete, hide, or alter user reviews. All verified tenant/buyer reviews remain fully intact.
